THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT AN APP SHOULD HAVE IMHO.... THANKS!

1. Tell about yourself. Who are you? Where are you from? How old are you? You work? School?
***** My name is Paul I currently live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but grew up all over my father was in the Navy. I'm 26 years old and I'm married to a wonderful women. I work Friday - Monday as a Supervisor for a home healthcare company. I'm going to be going back to school soon, not sure what I want to do though.

2. Tell us about your computer and internet connection.
***** My PC is home built. AMD 64 3400 1024 gig of RAM. My connection is a high speed DSL 7 mbps. Damn screen still is tinted yellow... but I hope to get a new one soon.

3. Tell us about your character. Guilds previously in, days played, spec., previous raid experience, etc. (please provide links to the specs you play, if your spec varies)
***** My previous guilds are as follows::
Knights of Virtue... was the founder and GM. Personal life caught me and forced me out of the game for a period of time when I gave up leadership.
The Nakama... was the co-GM for this guild and MT. Left the guild in search of raiding guild to get experience with.
Shadows of Alterac... the best guild I was in. Valcutio and Anuy recruited me soon after Phun left for Frat. I had a great time playing until I got extremely sick which landed me in a hospital for 2.5 weeks.
Commonwealth... was offered a MT spot, this guild didn't last long to bad attitudes and lack of attendance.
The Company... worst guild I was ever in.... Ego's and attitudes got in the way of guild unity and progress. I left when it crumpled.
All Gear No Skill... joined in order to enjoy PvP, was fun till the guild took off to make Phase Two.

My Warrior has 40+ days played. He is a Prot spec, but I have play MS and Fury when I was in SoA.

My raid experience is all of the lvl 60 end game stuff (MC,AQ40,BWL,NAXX)(/B)
My raid experience at lvl 70 is Kara and Gruul's Lair.

4. When are you available?
***** I'm available Monday - Thursday during the evening.
Tuesday - Thursday during the day and evening.
Friday - Sunday in the evening if work permits me to depends on how busy I get.

5. What gear do you currently have/use? What resist gear do you have? (Please link your armory character sheet here)
***** this is my armory, I have a lot of good tanking gear. Plus resist gear... if SoA taught me anything is that getting resist gear is super important and u almost can't have to much..

6. Why do you want to join NMN? How did you hear about us?
***** well I would love to join NmN because I believe that if enough good players with great drive and attitudes come together for a common cause we can again strive to be the best raiding guild on Perenolde.... I have that drive and want to be with a group that has the same views as I do and I believe that NmN members here are those players. I also have plenty of friends here in NmN which I have missed playing with for quite sometime and it would be a honor and joy to raid and play again with you all. I heard about you all from Anuy and Valcutio(Synphit).

7. Do you like to PvP? What is your Arena ranking?
***** I believe that if I PvP it should be with a group of guildmates, it will help us practice working together as a team in a time of crisis and help us make quick decisions.

8. What OUTLAND groups do you have Revered or above faction with? Are you KARAZHAN Keyed?

9. How much gold do you have? How about consumables?
***** I have 1000g at the moment and farm for more ever chance I get when I'm not raiding. I usually carry 4 stacks of healing pots with me, as well as whatever the raid I'm in might need for me to carry.

10. Do you understand what DKP is and how it works?
***** yes, used it plenty of times, enjoy it completely

11. Are you willing to abide by our rules, at all times, if we accept you?
***** yes course, I will follow them if I have questions ill ask a class leader right away.

12. What do you consider YOUR role to be in the endgame?
Depends on what it is the raid and my class leader needs. I'll be tanking or off tank. Possibly dps if needed, just let me know, so I can bring the gear I need and I'm prepared.

13. What can you bring to the table that will help NMN be a better PvE guild? Focus on your skill, your knowledge of the game and tactics and your personal ideas for success. Please explain in detail....we want you to show us who you are.
***** Well I believe that I'm very skilled in the warrior position as well as a couple others which I have played as well(Paladin- first gene lvl 60, Rogue, and Druid), I have a certain drive that helps me continue to want to improve and become a better player and guild mate. I think my attitude rubs off on people I'm with.. In a good way. Like I had said before I think if we have members that can focus on the common goal and put the needs of the raid and guild before their own then we can make huge progress raiding and becoming friends. I believe I have this drive and can influence my fellow raids to have the same. I have plenty of knowledge tanking for other guilds and can be a great person to help with boss strats and tanking builds and ideas. But with that said I realize that there is sooo much more I need to learn and I accept constructive critism very well.

14. Who is your sponsor? (Necessary for applying under Family & Friends)
***** even though I'm apping as a raider I must say if needed Anuy will sponser me.

This is what I am talking about.

I am tired of KIDS.. -No offense to some of the younger people that are in our guild that do, do a good job.- But.. We are a RAIDING guild. We are... adults.

Lance took an hour to do this. Just so other people could see this.

This is what I -personally- expect. If people really want to get into, NmN, even as an app/trial. And then.. We test the fuck out of them. -Shrugs-
