So the song is sorta about trying to find a good person in this messed up world we live in. Starts off at the De Bourg facility where they're engineering a baby girl. You see her grow up and find what we presume to be one of the few good men out there. Then we see his growth in reverse and discover that he was created at the Saxxon facility.
The story seems to hint that if you want to find a good man, you'll have better luck bioengineering yourself one.
