cannot connect

I am stuck at the connecting part and cannot get past it. I can connect to the internet and everything else just fine. I ran Tracert and did not have any problems either. Anyone have any ideas??

can anyone tell me where our vent info is posted? I am not real bright and forgot to write it all down

As for connecting to WoW, try unplugging the power from your modem for like five minutes. One time Jedah couldn't get into WoW for days. He could get on vent and anything else on the internet, but now WoW. Tried reinstalling WoW several times, tried using System Restore, but nothing worked. Eventually he power cycles his modem, and then WoW worked again. Go figure.
