Hey Anuy I read your post on that app... and I wanted to say thanks, not just for me but for Thaman and Kyrill if I can. Gohei used to always comment about how we weren't that good. Always bragging of course about Phun, or Drakoth. I took that as a grain of salt back then as long as I could. But it got to me and I think the other two guys as well. I know I wasn't the best tank.... but I can say that everytime I heard Val, Thaman, Kyrill, Drakoth, or you were going to MT over me.... well it fueled a HUGE fire under my ass and I wanted to do better and prove Gohei/Pirate leadership wrong. I can say that I believe that I did that.
I guess where I'm going with these is that I wanted to say thanks to Anuy. Also make a point that Thaman, Val, Kyrill, Anuy, and myself were very skilled... had good personalities... as we'll as attitude and the drive to improve week after week... "The Boys" as I like to call the crew work for guild progress... after seeing the post Anuy made I'm glad that some of that attitude and drive is still there... I'll say it again skillz can be amazing with a player. But if they don't have the drive and the attitude there isn't anything u can do... u can teach skill but you can't teach the other two.

Just to add - When he was doing this this obviously gives the tank no place to grow or learn. So you always stuck as an underdog. And always in that same place, it's happened to me before too.

To add to your point, we saw that problem every time we didn't have a Dorf Priest. None of the tanks had much practice stance dancing because Phun always did it.
