Please post any questions or concerns you have with the recent guild changes. Keep them respectful and productive. These are pretty solid but are not set in stone as of just yet. Also please let an officer respond to any questions posted, do not try to answer a question if you are a guild member, and have not discussed the situation with an officer. Thanks

I fully agree with the changes we implemented here. Its a necessary jump-start to our raid sittuation.

If anyone feels like this is a slap in the face, please bring it up on here, or with me in private. My number one priority is that people are satisfied comfortable with the guild, so if you have concerns, just let me know, and we'll get it worked out.

Maybe we should have made that the discussion thread and had a specific thread set aside just for posting desired ranks.

I totaly agree with this post. Totaly. I am serisouly PISSED as fuck about Luc. Ya know.. I know he sucked ass as a tank. BUT the point of the matter is, he is a loot whore. And ya know.. I know myself alone put a few hundred gold into the gear that he was given for his res gear. And ya know.. after this last bit, of crap. I will NOT just give mats over unless I TRUST that that person will not just up and leave the guild. Needless to say.. I am very agravated about that whole situation ><I><. When we didnt have Jed on the other day, because his pc was being a retard, I spent 80ish g on mats for 20 mana pots.

I will do all that I can for anyone in the guild. I really like a lot of you. You are an awesome group. We just need to pull our heads out of our asses, and get moving, if we want to get to make progres in the game.

And end of rant, for now.. I would see myself as rank 4

I like the changes they make me happy! I'm excited to see us in the future and how far we can progress and if people actually take hold of these new guidelines.

I just wanted to let everyone know I am sorry for my recent absense from the game. You have no Idea the hell I am going through with this new job and my end of semester projects at the moment.

Basicially my personal evening time has been shot all the hell untill I can finish this semester or fail out. I am basically setting up a system at work that equates to a youtube esk online lecture video thing for students to view missed lectures. Aside from that, for a class, I am rewriting, from scratch, an operating system that has to equate to the original linux realease or mid MS-DOS years. It sucks.

So I ask for a small leave permission to get caught up in life. I hope it can be obliged. I got lucky enough to get alot of good gear early, so im hoping I will not get too behind you all my friends.

But its completely fucking bullshit! Im not going to be fucked on dkp because I cant choose my fucking work days. Iv given my info to about 6 ppl inguild. SO my toon will be used. How would it fucking be if i changed my pw so you would be 100% fucked? Can't do Morose, Attunment. Curator, ect with 1 tank.
Not to mention what if Kaz isn't there?

Like it says in the post and like I told you on vent yesterday, exceptions will be made under certain circumstances which will be decided on a case by case basis. Your situation definitely qualifies as an out-of-your-hands reason for not being able to come sometimes. We will not screw you over on DKP, so don't freak out.

The main purpose of all these changes is to have an impact on people's attitudes towards attendance and helping the guild. People like you Anuy who we all know would be here every day if you could are not the people we are worried about. It's the others that think it's okay to pick and choose when they feel like raiding and when they wanna jerk around instead.

I guess i misread part of this forum so if I didn't state it before I would enjoy a chance at raiding if there is room if not i'll continue to be supportive and ride the pines until there is room for me to join in on the raiding!

General question (maybe I missed it whilst reading).

When we do log on, and say we are not in the raid but want to be, are we still going to collect DKP if we hop onto an alt?

Meh, not like anyone really doesn't raid just cause they wanna fuck you over. Only reason i'm rank 3 is because of the fact that i work.

Unfortunately When you aren't the boss you don't make the schedules.

Anuy, as Phorenn has tried to explain to you, you will be able to earn your dkp even if your attendance falls below 65%, because of your work schedule. We will extend this luxury to any and all other people who are in a similar position. But we cant award you dkp if you arent there.
