Black Temple Patch

Update from Official Forums Regarding the Black Temple Patch, and additional Content: As quoted from Drysc on the Offical Forums

The next content patch and the opening of the now defiled Black Temple, home of Illidan and his minions has long been known. However, the patch is also introducing a great deal of new solo and 5-person content as well, with new rewards, factions, outdoor bosses, and items. As we?re approaching the release of the patch we wanted to share a glimpse into some of the upcoming content that hadn?t yet been confirmed for this next patch, or hadn?t even been heard of until now.

...

Nether Drake

The Netherwing faction and quest line continues and the long awaited Nether Drake becomes available. The Nether Drake is a special 280% speed epic flying mount that is obtainable through solo and small-group play. The quest to obtain one will be difficult, but the reward will surely show your dedication to the Netherwing cause as you soar through the skies of Outland on your very own ethereal drake.

Neutral

The questline resumes by talking to Mordenai on the surface of the Netherwing Fields. 300 riding skill is required to initate the quest.

Mordenai spells you to appear as a fel orc riding a Netherdrake while in the vicinity of the vastly changed Netherwing Ledge and gives you a letter to take to Overlord Mor'ghor at the Dragonmaw Base Camp.

At the camp, there are several once-daily repeatable quests given by Taskmaster Varkule Dragonbreath and Yarzill the Merc. Varkule gives once-daily quests asking miners to collect [Nethercite Ore] in Neutral [70] Nethercite Ore, herbalists to collect [Netherdust Pollen] in Neutral [70] Netherdust Pollen, skinners to collect [Nethermine Flayer Hide], and everyone to collect [Netherwing Crystal]s in Neutral [70] Netherwing Crystals.

Yarzill asks players once daily to poison peon camps with [Fel Gland] drops from Netherskates and other wildlife in Shadow Moon Valley in Neutral [70] A Slow Death, and collect [Netherwing Relic]s from Dragonmaw Transporters on the Dragonmaw Skyway in Neutral [70] The Not so Friendly Skies.... He also has a fully-repeatable quest collecting [Netherwing Egg]s which have a chance of dropping from all creatures and item nodes on the ledge.

All repeatable quests at neutral give 250 reputation with Netherwing, excluding the initial Netherwing Egg turnin, which is worth 350 reputation.
[edit]
Friendly

At friendly, several new quests open up. First, Varkule sends players to Mor'ghor to get a [Overseer's Badge]. Varkule then sends players to the Mistress of the Mines where she has players collect [Nethermine Cargo] in Neutral [70] Picking up the Pieces... once a day. The Dragonmaw Foreman has players kill Nethermine Ravagers and Nethermine Flayers in Neutral [70] Dragons are the Least of Our Problems once a day. Ronag the Slave Driver has players kill Crazed Murkblood Miners and a Crazed Murkblood Foreman once daily.

There is a quest starter drop from some creature in the mine that gets turned in the Mistress of the Mines, who has players get information from a friendly Murkblood in the mine.

Chief Overseer Mudlump has players collect 10 [Knothide Leather] and a [Hardened Hide of Tyrantus] in Neutral [70] Overseeing and You: Making the Right Choices. Turning the items in yields Neutral [70] The Booterang: A Cure For the Common Worthless Peon, giving players the opportunity to "Knock sense in to worthless, lazy peons" with the [Booterang] which can be used while mounted.
[edit]
Honored

Varukle again sends players to Mor'ghor to receive a [Captain's Badge] in Neutral [70] Stand Tall, Captain!

Mor'ghor instantly turns around and offers Neutral [70] Disrupting the Twilight Portal, having players kill 20 Deathshadow Agents at the Twilight Ridge in western Nagrand, once daily.

The Illidari Lord Balthas, standing next to Mor'ghor, offers Neutral [70] The Soul Cannon of Reth'hedron, asking players to collect 2 [Felsteel Bar]s, 1 [Adamantite Frame], 1 [Khorium Power Core] and 1 [Flawless Arcane Essence]

Ja'y Nosilw offers Neutral [70] Earning Your Wings..., introducing players to the six riders at the edge of base camp. These riders introduce a new style of quest: Races. First, Murg "Oldie" Muckjaw offers Neutral [70] Dragonmaw Race: The Ballad of Oldie McOld. Up next, is Trope the Filth-Belcher who offers Neutral [70] Dragonmaw Race: Trope the Filth-Belcher. Corlok the Vet offers Neutral [70] Dragonmaw Race: Corlok the Vet. Fourth brings players to Wing Commander Ichman who complains about all the Horde whining about the bridge to Dun Baldar in Alterac Valley in the quest Neutral [70] Dragonmaw Race: Wing Commander Ichman. Fifth comes Wing Commander Mulverick, who much like Ichman, also complains about the whining the Alliance does in Neutral [70] Dragonmaw Race: Wing Commander Mulverick.

So for those eager (like myself) to get cracking at this questline, might want to prepare ahead of time for some of the stuff needed:

10 [Knothide Leather]
2 [Felsteel Bar] (4 Eternium Ore, 6 Fel Iron Ore, each)
1 [Adamantite Frame] (8 Adamantite Ore, 1 Primal Earth)
1 [Khorium Power Core] (6 Khorium Ore / 3 bars, 1 Primal Fire)

Rest of the stuff from this source is not known in game yet, so it's either new stuff to 2.1 or quest items.

I'll add more when I get my hands on more info.

So are all of the quests limited or can some of them be repeated as often as you want?
